For now, Viltrox has no plans to make mirrorless lenses for Nikon Z-mount:

Viltrox recently announced several new mirrorless lenses for Sony E and Fuji X mounts (see their lens roadmap):

In the US Viltrox lenses are sold at Adorama, B&H and Amazon.
