The Japanese website Nokishita confirmed on Twitter that one of the upcoming new Nikon lenses will be:

Nikon NIKKOR AF-S 8-15mm f/3.5-4.5E ED fisheye lens

This information matches with what I have been reporting for the past few weeks.
