The lens is listed as discontinued also on the official Nikon UK online store
Amazon UK currently lists the Nikon AF Micro-Nikkor 200mm f/4D IF-ED lens as “discontinued by manufacturer“. The lens is also nowhere to be found in stock in the US (B&H, Amazon, Adorama). The 200mm Micro lens replacement has been rumored for a long time and maybe Nikon will finally announce it at Photokina (no reliable information as of today).
