As of September 14th Nikon USA removed the D600 and D5100 cameras from their MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) list. Nikon TC-14E II teleconverter listed as discontinued again

After Nikon Sweden listed the TC-14E II teleconverter as discontinued few weeks ago, we now have a major retailer (DigitalRev) who also marked the 14E II teleconverter as discontinued. With the upcoming Winter Olympics in Sochi (February 2014), I will not be surprised if this TC and the Nikkor 300mm f/4 lens get updated.

Nikon TC-14E II teleconverter listed as discontinued

A reader alerted me that the Nikon TC-14E II teleconverter is listed as discontinued at the official Nikon Sweden online store (utgången means discontinued). This could just be a mistake or a local decision, but it could also be an indication that Nikon is planning to refresh their teleconverter(s) for the Winter Olympics in Sochi (February 2014). Coincidentally, […]

The retailer Bing Lee, who has a significant presence in Australia, lists the Nikon D7000 as “discontinued and no longer available for sale” on their website.
