So, has anyone preferably somebody who owns both actually done a like for like working comparison on the D800 and the D800e?

I mean on a given shot let's say landscape seeing as it is one of the models strengths can you actually see a difference at 100%? There seems as yet to be little posted anywhere on this

There are a ton on Flickr and actually a lot out there. From what I have seen there is almost no distinguishable difference for 99% of shooting. I did see a slight difference on some macro shots, but again that is with out editing. With edits, I couldn't tell a difference. Remember at 100% zoom equals a wall sized print-unedited looking at it from a couple of feet away.

Cheers Tao good points I was wondering if there was a point in swapping a 800 for an e as I mainly do landscape especially as the moire issue does not seemed to have amounted to much, but I guess I would not gain much if anything.
