Kanuck was writing about shopping for Camera Gear in South Korea and was wondering where would be your dream shopping place for camera gear

For me shopping in japan would be special, but also trying to shop in Russia would be interesting, a friend of mine bought an interresting MF camera there (a Made in Russia Hasselblad, I wonder if there are any Russian SP cameras)closer to home, going to BH Photo in New York would be like going to camera museum, I was in N Y a few years back, but my girlfriend was more interested in Saks on fifth Ave

So where is your favorite camera shopping place

    Pete

Amazon... not the web page... Just a big warehouse stocked full of everything on the web page.

I hear Chicago has a great...
    Craigslist. ;)

But, seriously, outside consumables (film / paper / chemicals / batteries), storage (memory cards / hard drives), and harder-to-find-items (specific filters / etc.) I buy everything used.

I guess the difference is I'm not a browser.

I'd go to Nikon's gift shop after visiting the factory and pickup another koozie, refrigerator magnet, or D3S :^)

It would be a sharp crisp beer, with a pleasant contrast between the hops & barley. It would be sold for home consumption only for enjoyment in a noise free environment. Even at very high levels of intoxication (ISO), it would still deliver excellent results.

It would be sold in a 300mm f/2 lens sized-body-shaped-bottle and I'd drink it straight while it's still in a paper bag.
