We just started to carry Gary Fong products and I have been trying a few of them lately. Yesterday I tried the puffer and I was actual impressed on how it worked
The only problem that I have is that when shooting portrait mode some of the flash hits my left eye. I always have my left eye open to help aim where I am shooting. The build in flash picture does look better

Looks like a sanitary napkin - but I like the idea.
Intersting device...how do they attach to the camera?
One of the main reasons I use my SB-900 is because of the diffuser. This would seem to help...especially when I travel light because I would be able to leave my SB-900 behind.
It is actually very easy to use: That black plastic arm slides onto the hotshoe and you can then adjust the puffer up or down so your flash hits the middle of the puffer

I tried them they a bit gimmicky for my taste if i use the built in which is rare i just pop some tissue over the flash and use an elastic band to hold it in place , softens the light enough and costs practically nothing , but in saying that the light globe thingy for speedlights is pretty good just not sure i would fork all that money out on it
You could use the plastic from a milk jug and cut it so it fits that, or so thereabouts. Not as accurate, but this accessory looks a bit expensive.
