Um again I did give you that warning alpha and I don't think mb has to give you any kind of warning for what he posted.

So what's our final decision? Making sure I'm plenty warned? That works for me. Glad we could sit down and talk it out :^)
Posted 3 years ago # -
No you should be asking your parents because it's their decision not "ours".
Posted 3 years ago # -
I know exactly what they want and don't want me looking at. It looks like I'll just have to try and avoid it myself :^( How come nobody understand's QuadraPixel's idea? I liked it.

OK so anyway this is pretty awesome. An entire engine change in only 32 seconds! I can't even pay for gas at the pump that fast! 32 seconds to change the engine and 10 seconds to drive it to the finish line.

Oh and by the way can we officially call this the most dramatic day EVAR in the history of the NR forum?

What did they put in the water around here today?

This is just too funny and I really doubt it's a coincidence. Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger sent an "angry" letter to state lawmakers and the first letter's of each line spell out F*** *** along the left margin.

Yes that was an interesting Day, Niko, kind of funny all you need is a bus driver to get things into next gear

This is off-topic, but you guys definitely have to see this—it is absolutely hilarious:

Hurry before Amazon kills it!

Hey wait a minute, I have one of those. It works wonders while I am sending an e-mail, talking on my cell phone eating a Big Mac, drinking a beer, and changing my CD while driving.
Posted 3 years ago # -
And checking [NR] of course ;^)
Posted 3 years ago # -
But of course.
Posted 3 years ago # -
Have you seen the reviews for this one? They're my personal favorite, although this one's run a close second.
Posted 3 years ago # -
BTW, thanks for the laughs, alpha. Good find.
Posted 3 years ago # -
LOL, those are crazy! I can't believe Amazon sells stuff like that!
Oh, and you can thank Pogue :^)

Admin & Niko and other Mods, I guess i haven't been paying enough attention. I was unaware that minors are in this forum, although I see nothing wrong with it as long as they are allowed to be here by there parents. I guess I should have realized that there might be some in here though.
If I might make a suggestion. Would it be possible to make people who sign up put there age next to there name when they join? so it shows under there handle when they post or participate in the forums.
Not that I care how old all of you OLD people are....LMAO...as I'm 45, so yeah I'm getting there too.
I think it will give a better perspective on the person making the posting, and let everyone know exactly who they are dealing with in terms of age and experience.
Just my thoughts on the topicm and the previous posts in this thread.

KeithNiko would newer post his age, but you are so right, I really don't think that any posts should have considerations to the fact that a minor might read them, Yes there will be rules, I'm sure but they are not designed for children
BTW have you bought a houseboat yet
Pete

Pete....Funny Guy, "House Boat" NO!!! I live high enough so not to worry right now. Have considered buying blue prints for an ARC!!! But not quite there yet.
Hey Niko!! Rumour has it you were around when Moses built the ARC, can I borrow your plans????

Here's a beautiful time-lapse video. It was done with a D200 in Southern Germany.

KeithAbout time you discovered me Keith ;^)
But I'm one of the minors here at age 13, and my parents do allow me to be a part of this forum.
It would be nice if I had my age posted on the forum, or at least in parentheses next to "Senior Member" there could be "minor." Do you think you can arrange that admin?
And I hate some of the posts that show up on the forum. Thank you everyone who writes "NSFW" or something similar in the TOPIC title if it's something I DO NOT need to see.
But if you want to use age to determine photographic experience, please don't. I may only be 13 but that doesn't mean that I don't know as much as the rest of the adults on the forum.
Posted 3 years ago # -
We are all adults here alpha just like most of the internet. So it's up to your parents to watch out with what you are viewing online not us. The NSFW is more for people how view this site from work and thus the Not Safe For Work warning. It really has nothing to do with keeping content away from minors because that's your parents job.
We shouldn't have to worry about "baby sitting" you on an "adult" forum.
Sorry but it's true :^(
