Another article I saw on petapixel and thought it would be a great fun topic for NR especially while we wait for the D600 and D400 (well mostly D600 hehehe).

Top 10 Films that Feature Nikon Cameras (according to PetaPixel):

    1. Apocalypse Now
    2. The Bridges of Madison County
    3. Spider-Man 3
    4. The Eyes of Laura Mars
    5. City of God
    6. Gorillas in the Mist
    7. Under Fire
    8. Blow-Up
    9. The Year of Living Dangerously
    10. Superman Returns

For more detail, you can see the article:
    http://www.petapixel.com/2012/07/10/top-10-films-that-feature-nikon-cameras/

While I haven't seen most of those movies on the list, my vote goes for City of God. I remember when I watched, I truly had the feeling of being there and living amidst the Brazilian slums.

Yes, and here is a link on my promotion of Blow Up. While the photog was a jerk in terms of how he handled his models, the story line of the movie is very intriguing. And he is so cute!

Of course, i just happen to have a couple of those old "F" bodies but have not used them for maybe 10 years.

I believe a Nikon was also used in the movie Ronin with Robert DeNiro and Jean Reno.

It was in a scene for only about .5 seconds though, right before the Roman coliseum.

Another Robert DeNiro movie has a Nikon in it! Plus it has Al Pacino too.

Heat is a great heist movie and has a F4 with what seems to be a motor drive on it, used by a police officer.

This is in the scene where the cops are trying to figure out what the robbers are trying to steal and get pictures taken back.

When DeNiro shoots back, he seems to be using a Nikon too, with a reflex mirror lens too. He has some weird microphone on the hotshoe though.
