    is there a way to use an ipad as a live view for wired tether shooting with a nikon d5000?

    Isn't it only the D3200 with the new wifi unit is capable of tethering to a smartphone or ipad? I own a D5000 and have found the USB cable that they provide only allows the transfer of photos from the camera to a computer. Well that's what I use it for mostly
