There are some who believe that this is some kind of fake software (too good to be true) but it was "unveiled" at SIGGRAPH and that's a very large convention of designers so it seems real.
Basically anyone using this "software" can sketch out an idea for a layout. The program then searches the internet and matches certain parts of your image to what has been sketched out. It then combines different images to make a totally new "photo" (a montage).
So while copyright protects your dog photo, what stops someone from using say your dogs nose and ears and putting them on another dogs head and body that's riding a motorcycle over Niagara Falls? YOU no longer have copyright over that new image even though your picture of your dog's nose and ears are in someone else's "photo" now! Scary stuff. Kinda makes me want to pull all my photos off line. Assuming this is real of course.
