    PMA (Photo Marketing Association) and Dpreview have an amateur photography survey going on. In case you haven't already seen it:

    A photography survey from another forum for a masters dissertation:

    I think they were both quite short ... forever is a survey that is tens of pages long and comes with an employee of a survey company whom you try to avoid as if they were a jehova's witness!
