Just a thought that has come to me. When new mods are invited to join the team, is any thought given to their geographic location? The reason I say this is that we have Jonny and Tommie who cover the states, Adam who is in Europe, just seems sensible to me to have someone (if we have anyone) in the middle or far east to join the team. Why might this be useful? Well keeping a check on the site and stopping spammers from running riot seems one of the main jobs of a mod, and they do have their own lives to lead as well (even though they love the site), and can't monitor what's going on while they're asleep. I just thought that when the US mods are in down time, Adam is probably just getting up, and if we had some mods in other diverse time zones, we could have greater coverage? Am I being silly or does my suggestion have any merit? Maybe you think that the current situation is working fine, or maybe this is already taken in to consideration when invitations are extended?
