Someone locally in Los Angeles is selling a pre-production model of the AF-S 18-300mm VR DX for $2000.
He does not sound to be a flake, doesnt give out pictures etc. Probably someone who has access to Nikon USA since it's based locally in Los Angeles.
Does this mean the lens will see production soon?
