I have recently reinstalled the above but when I try to update the software I keep getting the message "The update is not currently available try again later". Is it not possible to update this version? Many thanks

Easiest path is probably to download the last "Full Version" from nikon, ( ver. 2.3.0) and install/activate that with the code you have for 2.0. Then after that update to the current version 2.3.2 ...
BTW, is this not a "DoublePost" ?
