I recently took some pictures with my d800 and used an old makro-objective. I did see the pictures on the screen, but when I tried to load them on photoshop/lightroom it didn't recognize the file. Can they be rescued?

Can they be rescued?If you did not delete them from the memory card in the camera, they should all still be there..
For Photoshop / lightroom : did you download the new "cameraRaw"" ? otherwise you can not use thyis for the D800 ..
