When I import images from my D700 using the latest version of Bridge, the images are processed through my metadata templet. All the images and the metadata from the template will show up in Bridge, both for Jpeg files and RAW files. Of course....

But when I do the same thing with my D800, only the Jpeg files metadata is shown in Bringe, not the RAW file metadata, not a trace!

This is very strange! Anybody else who ran inte the same problem? Any solution?

Have you updated Camera Raw? I had no problem after updating when I was using CS5. Do a search for Camera Raw 6.7 update.

I am using Photoshop CS6 beta, and it won't work with any Camera Raw Update, but I'm assuming CS6 full version (out today) supports the D800. I use Lightroom 4 to import NEF to DNG which works with CS6 beta and takes less space than NEF.

You should have version 6.7 of Camera RAW
