This is mount fuji but in "horse view" PP.. some people like it some people hate it(Horse view). As for me .. it was worth a play :-)

^Cool shot. I don't think I've ever seen Fuji from that angle, looks like a completely different Mountain.

How do you post images here?
Posted 3 years ago # -
You need a yahoo/flickr.com, google/picasa.com, or a photobucket.com account. Or any other free photo hosting place account. You can then copy and past the link to your photos on this forum. Nothing to it.

I can do mountains, just not as impressive as the rest of you.

D300 with 18-55. Mount San Antonio (better known by it's nickname, "Mount Baldy") This is in Los Angeles County Ca. It was the first weekend of April, the 5th I believe. It was absolutely freezing when I took this pic.Posted 3 years ago # -

Sorry I haven't been more active in the forum lately. I drive a school bus and school has started. It seems like the kids are more challenging this year, or maybe it's because I'm a year older. Ha! I rise at 0445 don't get home till 1700. I do have a couple of hours around noon to relax.
I still check in from time-to-time and view the great shots, but don’t comment on many.

Hi, Robert! No need to explain to me about those little troublemakers that ride your bus :^) I was an educator for many years so I know how tough dealing with kids, parents, teachers, and administrators can be!!! :^(
Thank you for what you do to make sure everything runs safe and smoothly for all those "little" ones.
Being responsible for a bus load of kids is a VERY tough job. The after school traffic, the noise, the projectiles, the disrespect .... Don't let them get to you! Anyway, that Globemaster II sure is sweet. It must have been cold down there.
HANG IN THERE Robert and have a great and safe school year.Good mountain pics so far everyone.
Regulator75 you didn't say where your last picture was taken?
Gabby that's a beautiful Mosque! Do you have any interior shots as well? I'd love to see some close up detail.
Gentoo, better the bird then you,....or worst your camera!!!
*Oh my God, Corky just ate Gentoo!!! Gentoo? Oh my God!!! Is his camera OK?!*Crowhop, glad you posted. Amiee looks mad because, A) She's all wet or B) Your taking a picture of her with a hat! Very cute. She looks like a sweetheart. Good girl Amiee and good job Crowhop :^)

Regulator... nice shots!
How do you manage to get the depth in your images. Every time I shoot mountains, they always wind up looking flat to me.
