Fellas, thanks so much for your support and for this very useful information. I'll be filing a claim in the morning. It's great to know that Andy Cuomo isn't taking this crap lightly. it looks like I may get this resolved after all. Keep you posted and I'll be sure to stick with the established retail shops from now on. Thanks again.
