Thanks, I was taking a smoke break and thought what a test for the D7000. It worked! :-)

Spent the day with my father for his 91st birthday today at the Florida Aquarium. Got some decent shots. This duck was incredibly friendly and let me get close.......

Been lurking for a while. I'm going to try to post one of mine. My daughter in her favorite activity. This was a D90 with a 70-200. I hope it works.

Here is one from Gulf Port, Mississippi, 46 days after Katrina. In memory of all who have suffered in our weather related tragedies.

Lots of strange and deadly weather systems rolling across the USA in the last day or 2. Here's a glimpse of what we saw in my corner of the universe this morning.

Shot during a short mission trip, during a tropical storm, in Guatemala this summer. At ISO 3200 because I was shooting hummingbirds at the time.

Nice shots everyone. I need to get out and take some new pics...unfortunately training for a half marathon and a 36 weeks pregnant wife on bed rest don't leave much time to get out.

Actually, I like a lot of the stuff that comes up here... a question though... what does rbrylawski stand for?
And elvishefer... is that the CN tower in Toronto, or "Tarana" eh?

Nice mayhem noxin, why do I have the feeling this pic is upside-down?
Yetibudha, you make winter nice-looking.
That's what we can call windy msmote, quite something to see, so much power. Good shot jerl and kaos.Nice to see night shots, the new frontier. I find cameras are becoming better, revealing a point of view of the world invisible to our eyes. That's why I need a D4.

We're not finished with winter here neither, -15C tonight.Posted 1 year ago # -

Not even just lighting up the dark, for me at least. My eyes are terrible, so it can be awesome to view photos at 100% and see the details the camera picks up that my eyes cannot.
