Is there a device that I can shoot and instantly have pics imported into Lightroom 3?

Instantly? No. Wirelessly imported into Lightroom? Yes. Eye-Fi Pro x2.

I use it, it is good, but s l o w for RAW files.

You can use an adapter that works. Delkin makes some.

Slow isn't an accurate statement. "It transfers as fast as a plodding turtle" is a more accurate description. ;)
