My wife's father's sister's husband, who has three PhDs was working on a reverse pinhole camera a couple of years ago. He wasen't able to tell me the purpose (I'm not nerd-ey enough to understand), but the concept seem interesting. What would you use a reverse pin-hole camera for?

My father had to have one of the pill cameras. Kind of cool, he wore a belt that had a wireless receiver to get the images. I asked him if he had to return the camera, after all he wanted his deposit back right?

It's kinda like when I wanted my teeth back when my dentist took all of my wisdom teeth out. The assistants looked at me incredulously.
