The topic basically says it all.
I'm looking for a budget wide-angle lens that will enable me to do a decent job with shooting interior panoramic images using a D7000 and a Nodal Ninja.
The destined format will be the web, not print.
Any recommendations?

10.5 fisheye. I use this combo with nodal ninja and the result are great. just a lot of CA to correct. All my photographic work here : *LINK REMOVED* are made with a D300 and a fisheye.
This my domain of predilecion, would be happy to answer other question you will have about panoramic photography.

I use the Tokina 11-16 mm 2.8 AT-X lens for interiors with my D7000. You might want to research it. I think it is very good.

I used to use this lens for panos with a D90 I did the sticking with elemets. it was fine. I cant see the point in using a fish eye as any corrextion will narrow the field of view
Nikon 10-24? Don't have to worry about the fisheye then and I think I would take it over the Sigma.

David, how many shots do you usually bracket? The D7000 is only capable of 3 frames per session. Do you see this as sufficient for most interior situations?
Also, what do you think about the Rokinon 8mm? It's half the cost of the other brand of lenses. *LINK REMOVED*
If you are using nodal ninja you dont really need a very wide angle lens at all. Its more important that the lens has as little distortion and CA as possible. I would suggest maybe a 20 or 24 mm prime would be a much better option. use it in portrait mode and grab your set of images then stitch them together. I used to do this for my 360deg real estate "virtual Tours" images.
