Wow. I got a dollar that says that the author's native language is probably not English. Double or nothing he works for, or is being paid by Nikon. The review did very little other than fawn over the dated feature set. Mind you, they didn't say it was good for the price... they just talked about how great everything was.
The test shots looked about like I expected. Nice colors, a little tamer than my D90 produces (although who knows how the picture controls were set). Really nice Greens.

Very nice colors yes, but it is difficult to get a bad outdoor picture under good light with a Nikon camera :) so I'm still looking out for indoor and low light pictures to see what this camera can do. It looks promising though.
I'll bet you $20 dollars your right Willis :)

Damn, I'm excited to seehow good or not good this thing is. I am still insure whether my bestchoice willbe a d5k, a d3k, or a d40 lol.
