I got a good deal on a Nikon 200mm for my 4x5 and was curious if anyone else was shooting 4x5 film. I closed my darkroom two years ago, so I'm searching for a lab that can process and scan my Tri-X negs...any suggestions?

Not sure where you are from Snaketail, but a quick google search reveals that Holland Photo does it here in Austin.

Also, the Lab you always see rockwell (AKA: "The Fool" lol) pimping on his sight is North Coast Photographic Services. It appears they do 4X5 as well.
There's also River City Silver in San Antonio

And BWC out of Dallas

Oh and Precision Camera out of Austin too

I can't remember the names of the labs in Houston, sorry.
I miss my darkroom too, but I still put my safelights to good use. I have them on when I'm using photoshop or to set the mood with the wife 8^)
Anybody but BWC! Love the safelight idea. My wife gets turned on when I splash on some fixer - maybe I should have kept that revolving darkroom door too.

Hey now!
My wife's allergic to the chemicals, I unfortunately found that out the hard way :^(
I guess it would be a bad idea to start a, "share your greatest memories of using a darkroom" thread!
What goes on in the dark stays in the dark.
