I had an identical photo without the blurred hand, but I liked the movement. I would say usually I also wouldn't want the server's head to be cut up like that, but I think it works.
You shot a very colorful bike! I like the pairing of the color of the bike to the stem of the flowers. It's not often you see a bike in a pale green.

Abandoned house in the Delaware Water Gap. So many abandoned places in there that the government bought up when they wanted to make the place into a reservoir, which are now left to decay since they never did that and made a park instead.
