If the badly distorted 'glass' of the London Eye doesn't make snapping hard enough, there are bright blue lights on it which reflect around the inside of each capsule and ruin any chance of a snap.....

Whenever I do candid street captures I get a weird feeling. I don't want to piss anybody off nor scare them, but sometime I just throw the camera up anyway. Here's one over Christmas holidays where I forgot to turn off the focus assist light so the girl on the left noticed the glaring spotlight aimed at her almost immediately. After I took the shot I just yelled "happy holidays." They both thought it was funny enough to have a good laugh as I drove away.

RX4, I know what you mean. It's as if we've invaded someone's privacy, so if I take a picture and someone knows I have, I offer to let them see it and I offer to delete it, if it bothers them. I have had to email pictures to strangers, which I also offer to do......
