I hope you're right about the pricing, but I doubt it.
The Old AF-D Nikon 28 f1.4 is currently going for $3000+ on the used market. We'd be lucky if the new 24 f1.4 sold for anything under $2000. The Canon "L" 24 f1.4 goes for $1699 new. Nikon's lenses are normally more expensive, but you get what you pay for.
The 35 f1.4 will have VR according to the Patent Nikon released last week. That leads me to believe it could be a niche lens - possibly a Noct successor. (I can't think of why else you would need VR on a 35mm f1.4.) If it is, it will again fall into the $1500 range or so.
The only 85 rumor I've seen is for the f1.8 VR DX macro. That will be an affordable lens - probably priced similar to the 105mm FX f2.8 VR macro.
I'm really hoping for some new DC lenses. :D
