This is the first time I've posted on this forum, so I'd like to thank you for your attention. I recently bought a set of PW's--TT1 and a TT5, along a SB700 flash. I have a D300. I updated the firmware as suggested and mounted the units; TT1 on camera, TT5 on the flash. I began shooting and it worked perfectly. However, I noticed that once I stopped shooting for about 20 seconds or more, the first shot would cause a misfire. I would have to shoot a second time to engage the PW units again. Now, I've used PW Plus 2's and this doesn't happen. I even tried shooting with the TT1/TT5 on camera and the PW plus 2 on the flash and this would not occur. Am i missing something? All settings are factory set. I have noticed that while the TT5 LED light flickers every 2 seconds as it normally would, the TT1 LED's flicker constantly---every 2 seconds for a about 4 times, with continued quick flickering in between and then it stops completely. Is this normal? I couldn't find any info on this.

Yes I had exactly the same issue with mine. You need to adjust a setting on the TT-5 via your computer (using the PW utility you've installed). I'm not in a position to look now, but I'll get back to you today with which one (unless another NRF member beats me to it). For future reference, PW customer support is excellent, always sorted me out quickly, don't be afraid to contact them. By the way alherdez, welcome to the forum, please feel free to introduce yourself and let us know where you're situated in the "Sticky" threads on the main page. Also the mods encourage us to add our questions too an existing thread wherever possible, as it stops the forum becoming too bloated and also helps other users who have the same problem as you, find the solution without asking the question again (and again and again sometimes!). Don't be afraid to start a new topic, but just do a search first to see if your question could be added to an existing thread. Thanks for your quick response. I got this new things and of course I was all excited about them, so I get a little pissed off that they don't work as they should. I know, maybe I am missing something. Actually I tried the PW customer support, but I got an automatic response that they are flooded with requests so it's going to take a few days. Anyway, thank you again, and I will wait for you advice.
