Where can I find a Bottom Terminal Cover for my D700? I need one soon for travel

Where can I find a Bottom Terminal Cover for my D700?

I lost mine while using a MB-D10, the MB-D10 have been sold last week and cannot find that cover anymore (It was not on the grip)

I need one soon, I'm join to South America on a trip and wish to get a cover for my camera before leaving in 12 days

Can anyone tell me where I could find one? I have look on ebay but both place cannot promess I will get it in 12 days

Help is needed...

Well, what about Nikon.... Do not know about the US of A, but here in the netherlands ( yes that's europe..:-), Nikon sells that kind of parts through there online shop ... Here is a link to Nikn NL :
