So far all other DSLR didn't have the ability to output a live uncompressed signal through the HDMI. I read all the published info from various sites about D300s, but couldn't find any information regarding this game changing feature. Does anybody have spotted anything on this subject?
Live from HDMI out is uncompressed or not?

If the D300 didn't have this then I doubt the "S" will or Nikon would have pointed it out. I don't even think the 5DmkII can do this. If your trying to shoot tethered for video then try getting an external LCD like an Ikan. They make some 5.6" to 8" HDMI LCDs but they cost around $600US-$900US.
