Does anyone have any idea as I own a D7000 AND WANT TO BUY A D3X my question is that if a d3x better camera then d7000.

What are you finding is lacking in the 7000, that is making you contemplate a change? Casperwb's question is very pertinent, what are you using the camera for? Possibly not.
