    I have a D7000 and plan to take it on a trip. What would be a good universal lense??

    What kind of photography you like to do?.. ask this question to yourself and you will find the answer. (for example, landscapes uses different lenses than for portraits).
    Outdoor vs. Indoor photography, etc..
