I'm seeing fantastic deals at major sites, B&H, Amazon, Adorama, etc for the D7000. Is this an indication that a replacement for the D7000 is coming soon? Perhaps at the CES in January 2013? I recently sold my D300 and purchased a D600, but I still have many DX lenses. The prices I'm seeing for the D7000 are really good and I'm thinking of getting one, as a second camera and to use with my DX lenses. Should I or should I wait?

if the price of the D7000 is what is driving you, then you get a fully sorted very capable camera for little money but if you are somebody who cannot be happy without the very latest, then the D7200 doesn't seem to be more than a month or three away. then again the D400 probably isn't more than six months away. I have the D7000 and am very happy with it, my next buys will be glass.
