Hope everything is okay!Thanks guys for your comments.. I was in for about 10 days.. out now :-) Complications due to High BP 191/145 and 160bpm with palpitations. The High BP forcing fluids into my lungs and other cavities, couldn't breath. all good now though having your heart stopped and restarted makes you reevaluate your life and priorities.. health wise I am mostly fine. but still get tired easily. Biggest issue now is a full blown mid life crisis! LOL!
oh and since we seem to have so many macros this month I thought I will add to that.. Thats a batch of pills I took while in the hospital in the evenings and another similar batch in the morning !!
