Upgrade from a D60

I currently have a D60 with the 18-55mm and the 55-200mm however i'm looking to upgrade to something more advanced (not the D3100). Also i'd need a bag which could carry both the new body and the D60 + lenses flashgun etc.

so i have some options

1) D90 body
2) D5100 body
3) D7000 body

Please do a forum search for info on those particular models. Only you know which model is the most economical and best for YOU. There are plenty of "what should I buy" threads giving pros and cons to each model you listed.
