Thomas, true art turns the ordinary into extraordinary. What processing whent into it? how did you got these colors? Was the rail pink or white?

D700, N70-200 F2.8 VRII @ 200mm f/6.3, 0.4", ISO200, tripod, taken across the boulevard.
This is the skin of a casino that plays with optical illusions. Looking at it, you would think that the black spots are concave or just holes in a 3D mesh while they are convex dishes mounted on a mainly-flat plexiglas with color-changing lights directly underneath them. Even knowing this, my brain insist to see what is not.

The rail was a brushed metalic as I recall.
I'll have to look at the original to see what the exif was.
I'm pretty sure that I was playing with HDR techniques though and that is not from the camera.

Thanks PBPM. I shot that this morning for a senior shoot. I have been loving off camera lighting lately.
It was a Single Beautydish (22inch) on a AB1600 powered by a Vagabond Mini @ 1/2 power. F/22/250th/100asa

Great angle and sky regulator. tcole nice subject matter, squamish I like the look of concentration on the climber, smarterchild nice shadow details, PBPM nice lush greenary, love the velvet touch to your portrait as well Mike! Pierre nice idea with color and circles, bland great blues, soldado and padlocked nice shots of man's best friend,treckie nice lines and color, squamish nice atmosphere to your capture, mikeo nice use of color and blur. Phew there's a mouthful! :)
