I'm trying to learn how the Nikon SDK works to submit a proposal for Nokia's "Calling All Innovators" contest. Unfortunately my coding skills are not at all advanced and I don't have a chance winning, unless I can succeed at my initial idea of porting Nikon's geotagging mechanism from Google Maps to Ovi Maps. Has anyone else tried anything similar with Yahoo or Microsoft (now Bing) Maps?

Since I will probably not complete it on time, feel free to "steal" my idea and submit it for yourself. Any other ideas or suggestions (simpler!!) which I can work with until the proposal deadline (June 30)? I'm not so good in C++ so please not anything too complex.

More about the 'Apps on Maps' contest here:
    http://www.callingallinnovators.com/apps_on_maps.aspx

There are other sections as well but I think the most pertinent to the Nikon SDK is the one exploiting maps and geotagging.

    Thank you in advance,
    Constantine

PS. Perhaps I don't need the Nikon SDK at all for a geotagging project, right?!
