By the way, how did I go wrong with posting the photo? I couldn't find a URL with the .jpg extension.
Its been a while...this is my sisters dog. was taken with only one small lamp as the light source.

I posted instructions and a compliment but my post magically disappeared (basically, either find the code to share the photo that flickr provides or right click on the image and choose "open in a new tab" or similar to get the URL for the jpg itself).

Edit: I should tell a story about this image. I was hanging out of my second-story window to shoot it. About ten minutes later, I was sitting on the couch when two policemen knocked on the door. I invited them in and they said, "Do you know what this is about?" I had no idea, and they pointed at my camera (70-200 still attached) and said, "Your neighbor just called and said you were taking pictures of her while she was changing clothes in front of her window." I explained what I had been doing and they said they were sure I could understand why she'd be worried so I said of course I could (I couldn't). They asked to see ID and then they asked if they could go through all the images on my camera to make sure my story checked out. I let them because I had nothing to hide and I didn't want to make them think I was lying. it's cold in Japan too. four times as much snow as usual. schoold and businesses are closed. 83 people have died shovelling the snow off their roofs.
D700, ISO 200, 60mm, f2.8 at 1/160, no flash.
Its always hard to hear these things Gareth. Was it a fall or their hart that got them? 87 is not a small number.
Too bad the fit is not perfect but still very nice concept Mike. She surely is pretty.
