1. Probably press INFO and swap between the two?
2. Read your manual.

Add the "ISO sensitivity settings" tab, to your "my menu", then assuming it is the last thing you looked at, you'll only need to press the "menu" button and it'll take you straight there. I don't know about a D7000, but I think you should even be able to assign it a function button by the hand grip?

Two other suggestions:
Put in my menu like skintbrit said and move it to the top. Then assign the Fn button to "top item in my menu."
Also, you could turn on auto ISO and save it to U1, then just use the mode dial to go between U1 and your standard setting with auto ISO off.Posted 2 years ago # -

i also use the "my menu" method, a secondary tip i can add is that if you make the fn button go to the first option in My menu, then press left, it shows the entire my menu, so its the quickest way to see all your favorite stuff.
i ordered it as: flash(ttl, commander, etc), battery info, iso, interval shooting, exposure delay, grid display, self-timer, af-light.
really one of my favorite features
