Just purchased 3 Westcott Strobes. Want to buy a bag that I can transport the strobe heads, their reflectors, 3 stands and 2 umbrellas without scratching the heck out of my stuff. Any suggestions? Also, any thoughts on the best way to protect the stuff in the bag? Budget: $200

I don't know which stands you have, but an inexpensive padded tripod bag will easily carry two 7.5' stands and brollys, and possibly three. Will definitely carry more than two if you have Manfrotto Nano stands or similar.
There's 30-50$ out of your budget. That leaves enough room for a Pelican brand case for your three heads and reflectors. A quick look on one of the major vendors (www. something with pelican and case in the name .com) will help you sort out which case is large enough for you. ;)
With this solution there is nothing to "protect" in the bag. You're bulletproof.
