I got the warning from MS Security Essentials when I (stupidly) had NoScript disabled. It appears to be a malicious javascript. One of the ad providers?
With the track record here I was an idiot allowing scripts.

I just ran MSSE over both PC's that I've visited NR on and they're fine.

I go to the main blog page and it says that it is using an unsupported form of compression!
So I looked at the page source code... and the line right before the close tag for the end of the header - this one for the link to the 'apple-touch-icon' png file:

does not have a close chevron on it... the end should be 'png">'

Yep no more NR at work for me. Virus attacked my computer while at work this morning. Since I have no admin rights I had to contact the IT people and tell them about it. I think it didn't allow anything to run, but scared me a little. Popped up with a green virus scan icon and kept "scanning" and showing viruses found. Then it proceeded to keep asking me if I wanted to use some virus scan something and tried opening pages in IE. Anyway...not good for work.

That's an affirmative. I got a trojan waring as well. And yes my cache was cleaned out and it still appeared.

Clean your site it's infected and has nothing to do with cache, cheques or credit cards !

every time I go to nikonrumors i get
so I refresh a couple times then I get the page"Content Encoding Error
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression.

All issues should already be fixed. Can you please clear your browser's cache and try it again. Let me know if anyone is still having issues. Of course all this happens when I am out of town.
