We have a severe case of choice-bewilderment here: I've been given the green light on an ultra-wide zoom, but I can't afford the Nikon 10-24mm. I don't want fish-eye, I do want quality and reliability. At a pinch I think this limits me to Nikon, Tokina, Tamron and maybe Sigma (Sigma OK on quality?). I have the D5000 body so my choices are apparently limited if I want autofocus (Do I?).
Guidance from yous guys would be really appreciated!
