Sorry if this was already posted but I just noticed that DPReview has posted up their Canon 60D review. Under the "Noise & Noise Reduction" section, there is a small comparison table and one of the cameras is the D7000:

They added the Pentax K5 to the list :-)
Actually, I prefer the rendering of Canon 60D while looking at the brush to the left (Martini bottle). However if I change the part to the tree on Bailey's bottle I strongly favor Nikon (all ISOs), while when looking at the queen card's face I prefer the 50D. There are also places that Pentax looks best to me.
I guess that means we can call them fairly even in that regard (considering the lens difference). :-)
Remember also that is'a a JPEG comparison by default. And Nikon lacks a bit of sharpening at deafults as I heard.. We'll see it all when they publish the D7k review.
