I think they should someday. Most people would rather have a phone with a decent camera than have a nice camera.
let's called it Nikphone :) it would be nice to have such a phone but I doub't we gonna see it soon
I think it is a very good idea, I would love making calls with my D700 :)
i'm just waiting for the first android powered camera, having all sorts of amazing photo apps would be wonderful coupled to some decent optics.
