My D7000 is 6mo out of warranty and as of yesterday the control panel lcd no longer displays any data. The back-light still works and the lcd is undamaged. The camera had original firmware installed so as a test I upgraded to current firmware but that did not cure the problem. I removed and tested with a new batt as well as new sdcards, no change.
Any of you experience this issue? Ideas?
