Well, I made a kluge version this afternoon since I don't yet have a body cap. I'm trying to upload pictures but dreamhost is down for some reason. I guess I'll use flickr...
I'm back. Here's the bellows with the 50 f/1.8:

You can see the aperture ring in the photo. You just unlock the orange switch to get off of f/22 (G lenses won't have the aperture ring, but D lenses do).
Here's a photo with no lens movements with the lens at f/5.6...

And here's one with the lens swung and tilted to put the plane with the three objects in focus. f/5.6 again.

This is going to be fun. I'm trying to think of how to best design it once I have both body caps.
Edit: So, for half the price of the Nikkor 45mm PC-E, I've got the NEX-5 and the 50 1.8. Based on my extensive (ha ha) use of large format cameras—something like 3 hours during this past summer—I actually prefer this setup because of the savings in weight. I also like the NEX's screen better than a loupe on a focus plate, and it works in much the same way.
