Unsure (D7000 18-105mm Kit Lens Resale Value)

I pre ordered my first ever DSLR, the Nikon D7000 Body only and have yet to hear word on shipping. Local store here has the kit in stock and ready to sell on the release date tomorrow.
I'm thinking hard about buying the kit with the Nikon 18-105mm Lens. However I have no interest in the lens.

Opinions on if this would be an easy lens to sell??

It's easy to sell if you are willing to let it go low but don't expect to get near the 300$ it's "worth".

You're kind of late to the disgruntled preorder-er party. Try the "NIKON D7000 (Estimated release dates)" thread. Looks like that kit lens is showing up all over Craigslist. More supply than demand could only mean one thing....

As I said in another thread, I've been following that lens on ebay for the last couple weeks, pretty much all of them sold between $200-$250 for new lenses.
