There has been a lot of spam in the forum lately. Thanks to those who have been helping to report it. Legitimate new members please don't put direct links to commercial sites in your post. They will be removed and you run the risk of getting an automatic ban. Everyone wants to save money but stick to real vendors with good ratings for the best deals. Google isn't hard to use and you can quickly find info about any vendor by doing a ratings search. Don't post a direct link to a camera shop in North Korea, list the items and prices of a certain "camera kit", ask if it's a "good deal", and then expect me to believe you're not spamming.
Spammers are also joining in on discussions and making valid points but then leaving a link where we can all buy Nike shoes, download free music, start an exciting career as a mystery shopper or make millions in real estate without trying. This forum has been spam free and we want to keep it that way.
