Squamish I liked that cat shot, but did you accidently (or maybe purposely) scan the neg in as a color neg? I know thats what my coolscan does when I forget to change it to BW.

thanks jonny and foofie,
I had it scanned at a local store (see "small town"). I only just got it back today, so I will be taking it back tomorrow to give the undertrained staff there a good talking to. :]

Kanuck: Great shot!

Thank you a slightdelay. Kyoto is a beautiful spot and even more amazing in the fall as the leaves change colors I have heard. I always wanted to go after seeing Steve McCurry's famous shot of the Inari Shrine at one of his gallery showings here in Seoul.
Nice city shot of Calgary Regulator75. It looks like I might be doing my masters degree online at the University of Calgary either in the winter or spring semester hopefully. Getting ready for the upcoming hockey season? I hate to tell you, but I'm a Canucks fan, born and raised in BC^^

Two pretty, shy Geisha apprentices in Gion near Kyoto this past week. They can be difficult to shoot as they scurry off quickly. I failed 4 times before finally getting this shot :)

@Kanuck: Great shots! I particularly like the shrine one
@Mike: Interesting shot, the green and red really add some pop to it.
@ArthurH: Beautiful! The cloud formations are amazing. Where was this taken if you don't mind me asking?Posted 2 years ago # -
